Meditation is a sacred time with your SELF. A time to regulate take your small self, your ego and to be aware of your Higher Self, the Observer.
Regular practice is crucial. Consistency on a daily basis will soon makes things easier Making this time,in the beginning every morning, later also in the evening can be very challenging. It was and sometimes still is for me.
It helped me to focus on a first step: Meditate daily, same time and same place for 1 or 2 weeks, then expand to one month. After one month I have noticed major effects. Like a greater harmonious unfolding of my day and a stronger calm in dealing with the Big Three: People and places, time and body conditioning. Also, I became more aware of myself and have more energy. Surprisingly, after a month even my mind likes this quiet time.
The knowledge I received from the previous chapters of the book clarified my intention for the practice of meditation. I knew, why I am doing this meditation. The repetition of daily practice softened any resistance and made it easy to make time.
I also motivated myself with like-minded people in social media and listened frequently to the hundreds of testimonials of people who healed themselves with this method of Dr. Joe Dispenza.
Be gentle with yourself and take one step at a time as outlined in chapter 9.
