I love this book! We are currently reading the book Breaking The Habit Of Being Yourself – How to Lose Your Mind and Create a New One by Dr. Joe Dispenza. This is the fourth time reading it for me, and I get more out of it with more life changes each time I do! And, I am so excited that our host Grandmother Pa’Ris’Ha suggested it, and I am excited to read, share and experience this one with all of you.

From my perspective, this book has definitely helped change myself from the inside out, which has had dramatic impact on my life. I found it to be easy to understand, easy to use the exercises, and a super guide for me to change and take responsibility for creating the life and beingness for which I yearned .
