How impactful are the words we use, and don’t use, on the likelihood of a peaceful outcome?

What is peace anyway?

In this case we are looking at peace in terms of an outcome where people have their needs heard and met. I expand this to where all life has needs heard / considered and met.

So how do we hear Nature, who is speaking for Nature? Love to apply the non violent communication to our approach in decision making around use/abuse of Nature. How do we change the wording from ‘natural resources’ to natures qualities/beingness?
Shifting it from a vision of ‘nature to be used’ to one of ‘knowing nature as alive, inter-connecting, sentient and more’. This is a base of many traditional Peoples and at the roots of many Western cultures.

Connecting on a deeper level with self, with others and therefor also the all-that-is around us. With principles of ‘do-no-harm’ and extending this to all life.

This book is about finding common ground with other people. Listen, find common ground, understand and work together. Sometimes there are outcomes, sometimes there is just an increase in communication that opens doors and perspectives to ways of being.

How often do I consider the ‘needs’ behind another person’s communication? If it’s seemingly aggressive, then why?
Then having compassion for that – we can create a space that reduces the need for the escalating defensiveness and instead de-escalates and creates a space for stepping forward into a co-created harmony.

Welcome to listen to the discussions as we explore this book on Quantum Leap Book Club, broadcast through Law of Attraction Radio Network.
