Have you ever thought about the idea that as you move through time and add new experiences, you are not the same person you were a moment before?  Every thought, every experience changes us. We are literally a different person moment to moment.  In the book Matter Into Feeling, this and other ideas are brought forward, and in reading this information, each new idea to consider and ponder, it changes you.  It changes me.

The author, Dr. Fred Alan Wolf, explains that our lives are a series of experiences that pop up moment to moment in a stream of time.  And in each of these moments, we are adding old memories and beliefs to the experience, as well as adding our ideas and intuitions from the future of what we might think can play out.  Each time we add all these things together, we literally change.  We are not the person we were a moment ago.  We think or feel just a bit differently, so we move on in life just a bit different.  This is a crazy idea, I know.  But the more I ponder it, the more it makes sense.

The nature of life is change.  I have heard this statement for years.  Also, to cling to the past, makes no sense because it if futile and it locks us in the past instead of moving forward.  I have heard this too.  Now as I think about it, it makes much more sense to reflect on the learnings of the past and look to the future, intuiting what is needed to create what we want.  And letting go of what doesn’t serve us. There is no new creating in the past, just from the now into the future.

So I think moving from moment to moment, we should embrace and love our “newness”, and strive to create moment to moment what life we want, the person we want to be.  Please join us on Quantum Leap Book Club on Law of Attraction Radio Network, https://www.loaradionetwork.com/quantum-leap to hear more of these amazing concepts exploring our amazing life as human beings!
