I bet almost all of us have something about ourselves or our lives that we would like to change. The question always is, “How can I change it? I found one of my answers in the book Breaking The Habit Of Being Yourself – How to Lose Your Mind and Create a New One by Dr. Joe Dispenza,
At one time in my life, I was so shy and so afraid of people that I could not walk up, say hello, and introduce myself, let alone have a conversation with someone. I found myself talking to myself all the time, and I didn’t like what I was saying. I kept thinking there was something wrong with me. I remembered myself as a little kid having fun, talking to people, and laughing. I don’t know what happened, or why, but something kicked in over time, and I was so shy. I watched others having fun and I just hated how I was. Something had hardwired in me, and I hated and wanted to change. And inside I felt that I really needed to change.
What I finally figured out was I had to change from the inside out. No one or nothing outside of me was going to make me change. I searched for answers and found that exploring myself and working with meditation helped me to unwire the old beliefs and create new ones about myself. It was work and practice, but now I lead events, speak from stage, and meet new people every day with joy and curiosity about what I will learn from them. I even co-host Quantum Leap Book Club on Law of Attraction Radio Network. I hope you join me to listen and learn how to create the life and the YOU that you want to live, so you can live a life of joy and abundance in a creation that you love.
